Dorset Seafood Festival Ltd’s Terms and Conditions
- Valid tickets are only accepted at entry and can only be used once.
- Entry to under 18s only permitted when accompanied by an adult. If you can’t prove you are over 18 (when asked) you will be refused entry or asked to leave the festival.
- Well-behaved dogs are permitted and must be kept on a short lead at all times.
- No alcohol, soft drinks or food may be brought into the festival unless for medical reasons.
- If you wish to leave the site and return, you will need to obtain a stamp on exit as your ticket will not be valid after initial entry.
- If it is suspected that a ticket or code may not belong to you we may ask you to prove your identity or quote details from the original booking.
- Tickets may be exchanged for wristbands at the organisers’ discretion. If issued, ticket holders must be wearing a valid wristband at all times during the event.
- The organisers cannot be held liable for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
- Tickets are non-refundable and it is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure booking details and tickets are correct as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- In the event that the festival needs to be postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to a new date in 2025. If you are unable to make the new date you will be able to request a refund.
- To enable a safe shutdown, visitors must exit the festival site by 6.30pm (Saturday) or 5pm (Sunday). Security staff are permitted to escort anyone refusing to leave.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove any persons from the festival for whatever reason and for security to conduct a random search of a person and their belongings, including bag searches if deemed necessary by security officers.
- The organisers reserve the right to abandon the festival during the festival times due to unforeseen circumstances without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.
- All ticket holders agree to audio/visual recording of the festival for publicity purposes.
- The organisers cannot take any responsibility for personal belongings brought to the event, should they become lost or damaged under any circumstances.
- Steps have been taken to ensure all food and drink traders are registered with their local authorities, and provide evidence of their hygiene ratings. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any illness or reaction suffered as a result of consumption of food or drink on the festival site.
