Your continued use of the website and its services after such revisions constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified.

This website is owned and operated by Dorset Seafood Festival Limited (also referred to as “Dorset Seafood Festivals”, “We” and “Us”), at the operating address 1 Custom House Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8BE. Dorset Seafood Festivals may, at its sole discretion, terminate, suspend, revise or expand any aspect of this website, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice.

This website and all contents are published exclusively for the purpose of marketing and self-promotion, and ticket sales, and are intended solely for the use of Dorset Seafood Festivals employees and prospective employees, business partners, customers and prospective customers and other interested professional parties.

Use by visitors

Dorset Seafood Festivals grants website visitors a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No part of this website may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system. The Dorset Seafood Festival ticket sales

Tickets to the Dorset Seafood Festival are sold via this website subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase, as purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A valid electronic or printed ticket must be produced to enter the Festival. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a printed ticket may invalidate your ticket. It is your responsibility to check your ticket, as if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase. We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It is not possible to issue duplicate tickets.

Where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example of age) may be required. Ownership or possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

The price of a ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order. All prices are inclusive of any fees or taxes.

Tickets will be delivered electronically via this website and/or by email to the email address you provide. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and make a refund of the ticket price. We reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the Festival entrance. You will be notified by telephone, email or in writing of the arrangements for collection if this becomes necessary.

Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the Festival.

You may not re-sell a ticket for The Dorset Seafood Festival.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Festival is cancelled or rescheduled. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to claim a refund from us. We will not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation in the event of adverse weather.

The refund for tickets equals the face value price paid for the ticket.

In order to claim your refund, please apply by email to enquiries@dorsetseafood.co.uk. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets and, when possible, be made using the same method as was used to purchase the tickets. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Festival which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of the Festival will be limited to the refund as set forth above.

We will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than caused as a result of our negligence or other breach of statutory duty.

Intellectual property

The Dorset Seafood Festival trade name, logo and service marks belong to Dorset Seafood Festivals Limited, and may not be used, including framing, by any other party for any reason without the express written consent of Dorset Seafood Festivals. All other brands, trade names, product names, company names, trademarks, logos and service marks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners, and protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights and international treaties. All text, design, visual, audio, data, programming code or any other materials on this website are the exclusive property of Dorset Seafood Festivals or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted through these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

Dorset Seafood Festivals will not be liable in any amount for any failure to perform any obligation under these terms of use if such failure is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, internet outages, communications outages, fire or flood.

Severability

If it is found by a Court that any of these Terms and Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
